How many guitar players does it take to change a light bulb? 100 – at least. Just one to change the bulb, but 99 to hide like cowards online and criticize the way the bulb is being changed.
Far too often we see guitar players posting their work only to be slapped down by somebody with a bad attitude or huge ego… or both.
How about this? We all want to play music and enjoy the art form we all love. If you’re truly an artist, I think you’ll be accepting of other people’s creative work, as long as it’s coming from an honest place. If you’re truly an artist, I think you’ll at least appreciate the sincerity of someone’s musical effort, even if it’s not your cup of tea.
Just thinkin’….. Why not be supportive of everyone out there trying to make some music? It’s worth a try.
